Hi, A patient with a previous history of Herpes Zoster, can i do filler safely on the face, the lady patient is 63 years old. I do for her on filler injection and she wants to continue, can i reinject her in the naso labial fold, is there any danger about her herbes zoster history.till now and after 3 days from the first injection she didnt complain, can i proceed my session, i see on internet thre is no relation of filler and herbes zooster is that true ,and should i give her any medication before .Also she take anticoagulant medication. Thanks.

An outline can cause rashes and does take some time to go and I think it would be possible to have further treatments and we generally recommend hyaluronic acid which is safe in my experience.
If you patient does have Herper Zoster we would recommend that you cover her with appropriate prophylactic against this with any inejction techniques.
