I am 34 years old and have always looked after my skin but have noticed a few lines around my eyes and also just above my eyebrows on my forehead. I have read about women using a mix of Botox and dermal fillers to achieve a youthful look and wondered what your thoughts on this are?
I would like treatment that will stifle the ageing effect to a degree so could you recommend a cream or something I could use as well?

From the areas you are describing I would recommend starting with a low dose of Botox to soften some of these lines and create a fresher look first. Dermal fillers can be used later if further treatment is needed or for hydrating the areas.
For anti-aging, I like the ZO range of Obagi creams (http://www.zoskinhealth.com) and using a Dermalux (http://www.dermaluxled.com/#!ageing-skin/cgem)
Always try to use sun protection creams with a SPF 50.
