Please can you help? What is the best way to get rid of smoke lines above top lip without looking like a duck what gives the best result ,had Botox in the past but result ,not that great,also need my crows feet doing again,that’s okay, with Botox, and it
lasts for quite a long time, so that’s
usually quite straight forward,and
done have any side effects ,going
on holiday October so would like it done before I go away. I’ve had it done by both nurses and Doctors,
the result is pretty much the same. I want to look my best for the holiday so any tips that you have for me would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would use a fine filler like Juvederm Ultrasmile to define the margin of the top line without adding too much volume. This shouldn’t be placed too near the corners of the mouth as this gives the ‘duck bill’ appearance.
For your ‘Crows feet’ I’d definitely recommend Botox as the first choice of treatment.
