I have a few questions about Juvederm, Belotero, Sculptra and Fat Transfer. can you help?

Tell me, please, which filler works for lips better : juvederm, belotero or another one? What is better for the face : juvederm or belotero? Which will look more natural, which will stay longer? Is the price for juvederm and for belotero the same? Which doctor works with boletero in Manhattan or Brooklyn (New York)? Is fat transfer better than fillers? What side effect can be from Sculptra, and Is there a different tecnique for Sculptra , than for another fillers. Thank you!

You are right in that Dermal Fillers do only last normally up to six month in the lips.

There are longer lasting procedures such as Permalip which is a permanent procedure performed under a local anaethetic.

Which non surgical treatment for lip enhancement lasts the longest? The past few times I’ve had them done, it seems to wear off quickly?

I was hoping you could tell me which non surgical treatment is the best one for lip enhancement in terms of how long it will last. Is their one particular brand that lasts longer than others or do they all last the same amount of time. I have had my lips done a few times in the past but they tend to wear off quite quickly which was quite frustrating and expensive so i am hoping to have them done this time with something that is safe but also lasts a bit longer than usual. If you could let me know above information and also availability of appointments i would be very interested in coming in and seeing you. Look forward to hearing from you!

Hi, Thank you for your enquiry.

Juvederm and Belatero work in a similar fashion for the lips and I don’t think there is dramatic difference between them

Fat transfer is more likely to be permanent and does require an operation. It has the advanatge of using your own tissue.

Sculptra is different in that it encourages your normal tissue to thicken slightly and is not usually used on the lips but is used in the cheek areas.

Generally, we would reocmmend you come in to see us so we have a good look at your face so we can discuss the best way forward for you.
