I was hoping you could tell me which non surgical treatment is the best one for lip enhancement in terms of how long it will last. Is their one particular brand that lasts longer than others or do they all last the same amount of time. I have had my lips done a few times in the past but they tend to wear off quite quickly which was quite frustrating and expensive so i am hoping to have them done this time with something that is safe but also lasts a bit longer than usual. Juvederm and Belatero work in a similar fashion for the lips and I don’t think there is dramatic difference between them
Fat transfer is more likely to be permanent and does require an operation. It has the advanatge of using your own tissue.
Sculptra is different in that it encourages your normal tissue to thicken slightly and is not usually used on the lips but is used in the cheek areas.
Generally, we would reocmmend you come in to see us so we have a good look at your face so we can discuss the best way forward for you.
