What treatment would you recommend for newly formed wrinkles from neck to chest?

Q.
Hello there, my question is regarding treatment of the decolletage its not something Ive ever thought about until this last week when I woke up with a wrinkle right down the middle of my chest from my neck that had not gone by the time I was dressed! but gone at night time. Iam now worried that a permanent wrinkle has formed and as I age currently 35 it will be permanent. They say dermal fillers is the best way to treat this area is that correct? or would botox be better? also is it too late to prevent any further lines? if not what do you suggest lots of moisturiser? thank you for your help.
A.
Good question.
No to Botox for the décolletage.
The lighter HA fillers such as Restylane Vital do work well on this area. In addition I would consider use of a Vit C Serum and cautious retinol.
Collagen-induction treatments such as micro-needling (Dermaroller) and INTRAcel definitely have a role.
The best results come from using combinations of these.
